- PRIVACY POLICY
- a) In order to use Bonhôte Access Online Services, authorised Users require an Internet connection, a Bonhôte Access contract number, a password and an authentication code.
- b) Authorised Users have a non-transferrable and nonassignable right to use software ( Software ) delivered by the Bank. Authorised Users are prohibited from copying or reproducing in any other manner all or any part of the software, whether in its original or an altered form, or to combine, merge or integrate it with other software, for any purpose other than that contemplated in connection with Bonhôte Access services.
- c) The Bank gives no assurance that any software provided will function perfectly. The Bank does not represent or warrant that the Software will satisfy all or any of an a requirements or that it will work perfectly in any other programmes that the authorized User may choose to use. Moreover, it has been established that no software is totally without faults. In the event of defects or errors that may hinder or prevent the functioning of the Software, Authorised Users must refrain from using it and immediately inform the Bank. Any alterations to the Software by Authorised Users or unauthorised third parties are prohibited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bank excludes all liability for loss or damage caused to Authorised Users by defects or errors in the Equipment or Software.
- d) New versions may from time to time be made available to Authorised Users, who must use the newer version whenever this is necessary for the correct functioning of the system.
- e) Swiss law (e.g. relating to banking secrecy or data protection) only applies within Switzerland. Therefore, once data is sent abroad it loses the protection accorded under Swiss law.
- f) Authorised Users agree to the Bank using their data for internal marketing purposes and, where applicable, exchanging such data with members of the Bonhôte Group.
